Archiving Policy
Trends in Intellectual Property Research is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content to support continued scholarly research. The journal actively participates in established digital preservation networks, including the PKP Preservation Network (PN), CLOCKSS, and/or LOCKSS, ensuring secure and redundant archiving of all content.
In the event that the journal ceases publication, all articles, issues, and supplementary materials will remain permanently accessible through these trusted repositories. Details of the journal’s preservation arrangements are publicly available on the journal’s website to promote transparency and trust.
Deposit Policy
Trends in Intellectual Property Research encourages the widest possible dissemination of published research and fully supports author self-archiving in line with green open access principles.
Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript in institutional repositories, subject-specific repositories (e.g., SSRN, HeinOnline), personal websites, or other non-commercial platforms at any time:
- Submitted version (pre-print): Immediately upon submission
- Accepted version (post-peer-review, author-accepted manuscript): Immediately upon acceptance
- Published version (version of record, publisher’s PDF): Immediately upon publication, with no embargo period
When depositing any version, authors must include a full citation acknowledging Trends in Intellectual Property Research as the original place of publication, along with the DOI link.
