Trends in Intellectual Property Research is a refereed journal, and all published articles are peer-reviewed.

Trends in Intellectual Property Research (TIPR)  publishes papers related to all international and comparative aspects of IPRs, including trade, investment, technology, management, and enforcement of IP. The journal publishes research  articles, reviews and case comments on key areas of IP, such as patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial design, layout design of integrated circuit, internet law, unfair competition, antitrust and IP rights, patents and the copyright exhaustion doctrine, and parallel imports. Trends in Intellectual Property Research is a refereed journal, and all published articles (except editorials) are peer-reviewed.
